Strange name considering football doesn't have rules.

Strange also how on that page there are links to "rules and regulations. Which then links to "Laws of the game and FA rules.

Really strange how they keep using that word whenfootball doesn't have any rules.

Thats an awful lot of rules that don't exist.
fifa make the laws of the game. associations can make competition rules. Football has laws eg how many players in a team, what is a penalty offence, competitions have rules eg replay or extra time, who plays at home etc.
Football itself has laws, not rules
