styles pops up, and forearm smashes taker to give shane the win.... shane and styles go on to form a new 'authority' where the tna star holds the belt for a while... styles v rollins is the future..

I actually like this idea. Shane needs to get a authority stable going. I'd love for AJ Styles to front that stable. But I do think AJ should bring someone else with him to do the interferance as well, someone under his command. Maybe Samoa Joe could be his "muscle".

This would be a good time to try and really push the Wyatt's. Have them come down and destroy Undertaker. Then go on a proper reign of terror decimating everyone with Shane watching on as the WWE burns. Turn Wyatt into a heel monster, bring in a Sister Abigail character for the women's division. Have a proper heel stable somewhat like the Ministry.

If I was booking it's what I'd do. Explain it by saying that Shane wanted control purely so he could really bring the company down and screw Vince and Steph.

It would unfortunately probably culminate in Cena beating Wyatt and saving the company but you could do it with Rollins when he returns as a face. Or you could have a blowout classic Survivor Series match with Wyatt's v Taker, Cena, Reigns and one more.

The wyatts are too damaged now for me.....you can't be made look weak so any times and then suddenly be booked as a credible threat....Bray has lost every major feud he's been in now, and the Wyatt family has lost to Reigns & Ambrose, Taker & Kane and disastrously Ryback/Kane/Big Show.....

But who knows......it's a strange angle at the minute, the more I think about it the less I think Shane vs Taker will actually happen (just doesn't make any sense)....and we're probably giving them too much credit if we think they've planned out an angle here that can stretch all the way to summerslam or survivor series....reckon they're just making it up as they go along

To be fair, they've done really well to sell 70-80,000 tickets so far considering the amount of injuries, lack of star power, a main event with zero heat, and a top babyface who is gonna get booed out of the building.....

Still think they'll come close to selling out if the next few Raws are good....

Would the simplest booking change to mania have improved it drastically?

Ambrose vs hhh and reigns vs taker?

You get someone who no one expected to be in the main event which draws viewers on the possibility of a surprise champ. Reigns year ends up not being forced into the title picture so takes some heat off him from the fans. Lesnar can go after wyatts who can be booked strong against him even if they lose, and you still have potentially aj/Jericho/Owens under them to put on great matches.

This has been my thoughts to be honest, can just see them bringing him in just for the mania build up and him to leave again as ratings are dropping

I'm just waiting to see how they go about explaining why Taker will want to fight for Vince against Shane at Mania, right now that makes no sense.....I guess maybe they kinda repeat the Ric Flair retirement angle, where Vince says if Taker doesn't take the fight he's fired, and if he loses to Shane he's also fired, but then the crowd won't know who they're supposed to be getting behind....
