That is true, but i wonder just how much star power HHH has left in him after playing the terrible bad guy? He is almost a Undertaker wannabe, comes out of retirement for the main event every year yet has buried the champions for months because he hasn't contributed anything to any story that has involved him.
Perhaps thats just my way of thinking, but take HHH out now, would you miss him?

Yeah I think I would. He's still HHH, and for me you need an authority type figure at events like this. Whether that's Vince, Shane or HHH doesn't matter much.
I think HHH can help Bryan if he does a clean job to him at Mania

It is interesting how they play it.
It's pretty obvious that Bryan will beat HHH in the first match. But HHH still has to come out looking good, because well, he's HHH. So that could mean an after match burying of Bryan.
But then for Bryan to win the big match he'd have to overcome the greatest of odds, and if there's one thing I hate in wrestling it's stories where ridiculous odds are overcome. Yes John Cena i'm looking at you, you utter weapon.
Anyway. It'll probably happen.

WHAT IF, Bryan beats HHH, goes to the main event, and HHH helps him win the title? Out of respect?
I like the idea of all the McMahon suck ups running and beating Bryan down, while HHH looks on and then finally he snaps and saves him a la Darth Vader in Return of the Jedi
Think this was a certainty before yesterday. Yesterday just served to bring Orton and Batista into the mix as their personal "feud" was going nowhere.
I'm interested by this Shield vs Kane situation too. Not sure exactly what they're doing but if I was to guess it would see a match at Mania which results in Rollins and Ambrose turning on Reigns and helping Kane to the victory. Currently the Shield seem united again and keep battering Kane but there is still no clear direction to the angle really...

My prediction is that HHH will tap out to Bryan's Yes lock, so it will be a clean victory.
But the Authority will destroy Bryan after the match, not to get HHH's heat back, but to make Bryan even more of an underdog going into the triple threat match vs Orton & Batista.
I think the babyface turn of the Shield is a necessary evil. Roman Reigns is clearly going to get a big babyface push (big as in MAJOR, next-Cena level star, not big as in IC title level), but WM30 is going to be all about Daniel Bryan's ascension to the top.
You don't want Bryan's story to overshadow Reigns - when Reigns splits from the Shield and the machine gets behind him, that's needs to be the primary focus of a show or ppv.
Plus Shield need a babyface run together before they split, they'll sell some serious merchandise as faces.
I can see either Shield vs Kane & Luke Harper & Eric Rowan, or Shield vs Kane & New Age Outlaws at WM30.

Thought there was some brilliant bits in last nights Raw. A lot of people don't like HHH, and while I don't agree with his politicking, he's a brilliant heel.
Bray Wyatt on top form again, and it was good to finally see Cena not just laugh him off.
Loved the video package they pulled together for Wyatt/Cena and the use of Legacy by Eminem was ace. The lyrics really fit Wyatt (love his entrance music though)
Lesnar/Undertaker needs more Undertaker.. And a bit of Lesnar would help.

Weirdly I've just read that Undertaker was at Raw last night but just wasn't on the show. He came out after the show when Cena was in the ring. Harper and Rowan came down and each got a finisher. Strange he was there and not used, seems a waste.

As much as I don't mind the streak matches, this years and last years definitely suffered from a lack of Taker. I wonder if he was meant to be on but was cut due to time constraints? My sky box didn't record the very end as it overran the recording slot, and I have it set to do an extra 5 minutes either side.
I wonder if his bit is what they're going to show on Main Event on the network?
Main Event is live though and he is scheduled to be making a live appearance on it this week. Seems like this was just the standard dark segment they have after every Raw. Just strange he was there and only used in this capacity given his limited appearances.
On another note, post Smackdown it seems like it could be Kane & New Age Outlaws vs The Shield at Mania.
