I'm sorry mate but WWE will never push AJ Styles. I wish they would, as they could use him right about now, but it just isn't going to happen. I have no faith in WWE

People said they wpuldn't push CM Punk or Daniel Bryan. Or any other indy darling. Or Mick Foley.

But they did and are more likely than ever these days to use Styles well if he signs. Not thats its guaranteed, they might have him dancing in comedy skits with Santino for 6 months before releasing him but basically as long as they let him wrestle thats good enough.

They offered him a deal not so long back and he has some fans in the higher ups at WWE so i'm sure if he makes the call they'll sign him. Just depends whether he wants the schedule really.

Don't think the money would be great but probably a little bit more than he'd make in TNA/on the indies but WWE is a totally different animal which i don't think he's that keen on. I think at this stage of his career he might as well give it a shot for a year or 2.
