In some ways, this might be an interesting character but it's completely the wrong character for Kane at this time

He needs to be a monster who goes through everyone, up to Big E Langston or someone similar putting him out to give them the rub

Any time Kane takes the mask off they need to make a big deal out of it. Where did this come from?!

Last week on Raw, Kane beat The Miz in a match and then swore his allegiance to the authority by handing his mask to Stephanie McMahon.

The idea may have come from the fact that, IRL, Kane has a keen interest in politics (he's a libertarian) and there were even rumors that he was going to stand for political office.

TBH Kane's gone through so many Heel/face changes over the years that I just laugh whenever he gets a new gimmick.

Seriously, what the hell is this all about?

Supposedly the reason behind him losing the mask this time is because See No Evil 2 will be coming out early next year so they want his face to be on screen in the lead up to that.

The segment on Raw was very strange. He came down as Big Show was fighting the Shield and Orton and he just threw chairs into the ring for the heels to use but didn't actually attack Show. Then he just stood around looking odd in a suit.

Kane has been appointed the 'Director of Operations' by WWE C.O.O. Triple H, as announced in his sitdown interview with Michael Cole today:
