Same here. Not sure if it's for his last or second last or something? Maybe they'll have some bigger names for the later rounds if it is for his last match.
Don’t really watch it anymore but have been keeping an eye on this given what it is. I would be amazed if a company guy and wrestling nerd like Cena doesn’t put over Gunther in his last match. If you aren’t a complete bell you always use your status in your final match to put over the younger talent and “pass the torch”.
You can always have gimmick matches post retirement where you put a younger wrestler in their place (e.g Stone Cold and Kevin Owen’s) but in your “retirement match” you put over the younger talent.

Not a lot going well in WWE at the minute I don't think. Once the Cena thing is over they really need to get their stuff sorted for next year.. it's just boooooring.

I enjoy all of Judgement Day. They all put on quality matches.
The US Title open challenge is decent.
Chelsea Green and Asuka/Kairi are both gold.
Seeing Charlotte Flair finally get over as a face is nice, the team with Alexa has been great fun.
The men's main event scene is my biggest problem with WWE at the moment. It's stale and boring.
The AEW Continental Classic has been the best thing on the telly recently as far as wrestling is concerned. Absolutely thrilling so far. Kyle Fletcher vs Kazuchika Okada this week was outstanding.
