Didn't need to say anything really, we knew he was going to be at the PPV so let his potential opponents do all the talking and then do the stare down with the winner to close. What was everyone supposed to expect, a long winded promo about how he is back? Oh and the ad break was actually the intro for the show.

Either way, it wasn't good enough.

Very sad news about William Moody (aka Paul Bearer) passing away yesterday, aged 58.

Loads talking about it on Twitter, in fact #rippaulbearer is actually trending in Liverpool right now. Loads remember watching him as a little kid.

Jerry Lawler tweeted a photo of him with Bearer taken 10 days ago:

He'd not been well for a while and had a gastric band fitted a few years back, losing a ton of weight in the process.

Would be really nice if WWE added him to the HOF class this year, would be good timing for it.

What caused bearer to pass away? He doesn't look well at all in that picture. Sad news, feels quite recent seeing him on TV but it must have been actually about 1/2 years ago?

Wouldn't be surprised to see Vince vs Heyman added either. Rey vs Sin Cara is rumoured, so is Kane vs Bryan but I'd rather team a four way tag match for the titles.

Looks like it's gonna be Ryback vs Mark Henry too. It will likely be awful and is probably just an excuse for Ryback to slam Mark Henry to show off how strong he is.

Rey Mysterio won't be on the card, he's torn his ACL.

I'm happy with that card. Rock/Cena II, Lesnar/HHH II & Taker vs Punk will all be good/great matches.

Rock vs Lesnar is being saved for next year's WM30, supposedly.
