GOT Wrestle Fest Fan Thread

Undertaker spotted with Cena in the area where RAW is according to Wrestlezone. Brilliant.
WWE have basically confirmed it themselves as apparently this is all that is on the Active page of the app...

Do they sell DVD's?

They certainly do. I've been to all 3 previous Infinite Promotions wrestling shows at Grand Central Hall (above Quiggins) and can totally back up Mikey_Fitzgerald on this one. The action in the matches is absolutely top quality. If you've never been before, it's well worth checking out. Don't be put off by the fact it's British wrestling; I know there's still a bit of a stigma amongst some. The action is more akin to what you see the likes of Punk and Bryan do each week on Raw. No Big Daddy rubbish on this show! In fact the card on Saturday is IP's best to date. Some quality matches, including Noam Dar (voted the British Wrestler of the Year for 2012 by Fighting Spirit Magazine readers, and someone who will almost certainly - barring injury - be wrestling in the U.S. exclusively within the next few years), and Chuck Taylor (an American from Dragon Gate USA/CHIKARA doing a tour of the U.K.). Also, one half of the 'Models' tag team, Joey Hayes reportedly had a WWE tryout last year too, and Rampage Brown used to be under a WWE developmental deal a couple of years ago too. So you'll be seeing some quality wrestlers in action.

So get down to Grand Central Hall on Saturday night, 7pm start, only £10. There's a bar selling booze as well, all throughout the show. They get decent crowds too, several hundred were at the last show.

By the way, Vince McMahon is now officially on Twitter, @VinceMcMahon. He's not yet tweeted. There have been many joke accounts, but this is official. @TripleH and @StephanieMcMahon are also official and verified too.

Sky have had their knuckles wrapped by OFCOM for broadcasting unsuitable WWE action at 9:20am on a Saturday morning.

At the end of this story about OFCOM clearing the X-Factor of wrong-doing:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-21652883

Meanwhile Sky has been rapped for broadcasting a scene during World Wrestling Entertainment, which was found to be unsuitable for children.

Ofcom found the one-and-a-half-minute scene, shown on 10 November at 09:20 GMT was unsuitable for a Saturday morning audience as it contained "several close-up punches and kicks to the head and on one occasion, "a bloody bruise on the chest of a competitor".

Sky apologised for any distress caused to viewers, saying it would review its guidelines.

It added that fighting outside the ring would be minimised and similar dramatised sequences would not be broadcast in future.

It was an episode of WWE Superstars on Sky One, and a Wade Barrett vignette where he was in an underground 'fight club' with a load of bare knuckle boxers. There was a close up of a stiff punch to one man's bare chest, and a close up of blood on another guys chest as well. Hope this doesn't result in Sky going OTT with the censorship again, like they did in the late 1990s, the last time OFCOM warned them.
