And if you think the paragraphs in here are long, you should read the Wrestling Observer Newsletter!
Which is a fine character but the WRONG one for a Wrestlemania Title Shot (In my opinion)
Oh god yeah.
But Ziggler is gonna cash in so it makes no difference.
I think everyone who has ever posted could write better stories, rivalries etc... Than what actually happens. M
At the moment for me, this Wrestlemania is looking awful. Worse than 20. God I hated 20.
20 used to get a free pass from me due to Eddie and Benoit standing tall at the end but that memory has since been soured. Jericho Vs Christian is still good though
Goldberg vs Lesnar............
My own fault really.
Was so up for that match. Didnt know anything what was going on with the two of them at the time.
Honourable mention should go to Ultimo Dragon slipping on his entrance.
When I think about it, I still quite like 20 actually. It's just far too long at 5 hours. Hopefully they don't try that again at 30
If you cut out all the filler, it's a pretty decent 3 hour pay per view
It's not mate. It's terrible. Watch it again. It's awful.
Wrestlemania 17 was brilliant (I still watch it regularly on DVD)
They'll probably do one or two multi-man matches in order to get most of the roster on the card, something along the lines of a battle royal with the winner getting a US title shot later in the evening, or a tag match similar to the one Team Teddy vs Team Laurenitis last year but with one represented Vince and the other Heyman.
If you just had the card as
Triple Threat
Eddie Vs Angle
Rock N Sock Vs Evolution (Flair doing the People's Elbow = BUYS!!!)
Jericho Vs Christian
Brock Vs Goldberg
Cena Vs Big Show
Taker Vs Kane
That's a pretty decent show all things considered. Only the Goldberg/Brock match really sucked and even then the crowd kind of made up for it. The 10 other random matches sprinkled throughout really drag the average down. The top 4 matches were all great and the main event is an all time classic
