GOT Wrestle Fest Fan Thread

Better Rumble than the past couple of years I think. Highlights: Hurricane (love the guy), Cien Almas, Torrie Wilson (looked very fine), Beth Phoenix, Lita, Kelly Kelly's body and obviously Asuka. And the best part: Trish and Mickie back at it. My favorite womens match ever was those two facing each other at mania.
 
I have to chuckle at the whining arses bitching about Ronda Rousey having the t shirt that looked like Roddy Piper along with the jacket. People don't get that she was wearing Pipers actual jacket which she was leant with the blessing of Pipers son because she was such a big fan of the guy. It was actually a really nice tribute.

I'm seeing a lot of people hating on her and it's really quite ridiculous. She's committed herself to being a professional wrestler when she could of easily found other ways to make millions but she didn't want to because she actually enjoys the buissness. She's committed herself to the buissness in a way not many other people at her level would do. If anything can really make the woman's revolution as credible as it could be it will be because of her bringing legitimate star power to the woman's division. She's a draw in her own right and sombody casual fans would pay money to see.
 
Mens rumble was terrible, Rey is in amazing shape though. He's at the Echo on Thursday night with 5 * wrestling ha!

Kelly Kelly is absolutely fantastic, she's perfect.

Beth Phoneix, Lita and Michelle McCool could all genuinely step back in tomorrow full time, very impressive. Same with Trish too, actually.

I wanted Layla to turn up for a Laycool reunion!
 
Jeremy Borash has apparently signed with WWE. This is another great move, he can work very well on a number of onscreen or off screen roles for WWE. Yet another very talented individual that was wasted in TNA who might finally get the chance he derserves in the big time for WWE.

Asuka vs Banks was superb...

Enjoyed the women's Rumble...not convinced its something they can do as successfully next year (cant rely on Trish, Lita, Beth, The bellas, molly Holly, Kelly Kelly, Torrie, jackie, mccool next year... and that's pretty much everyone they could have brought back)...

Cool seeing Rousey show up....really hope the fans don't turn on her because she "doesn't deserve the wrestlemania spot"....she's a huge reason why there was a women's Royal Rumble, and will help elevate that division massively...

Last thing on the women.... Bayley, wow how her star has already fallen, they gave her nothing in the Rumble...

Needs something fast.... Should switch her to smackdown either way.... To be honest, I didn't like her gimmick in nxt, but had just assumed she'd be made a star on Raw.....

Sasha has seemed more heelish again at Rumble and on Raw this week....hope they go fully in that direction with her this time (kinda teased it last year too)

I wouldn't worry about this. The only people who might turn on her is a small segment of the "hardcore" fanbase who basically turn in anyone who isn't an Indy darling. Everyone will she her presence in the woman's division as a positive. She'll bring in a lot of casual fans and your right about her being the reason WWE felt confident enough to have a woman's Royal Rumble. Even some of the people who aren't crazy about her will begrudgingly have to accept her being around will be great for mass exposure to the woman's revolution and WWE in general.
 
Gargano gets a rematch against Andrade.
With the stipulation that if Gargano loses he leaves NXT.
He does indeed lose due to Ciampa getting involved again and leaves in a very emotional ending to the show. People in actual tears.


Even though it’s obviously a bloody storyline!
