GOT Wrestle Fest Fan Thread

Austin Aries last night returned to TNA and won the world heavyweight championship on his first night back against Eli Drake, at an impact taping. what I found even more surprising was that TNA announced it themselves via Facebook and Twitter. I'm pleased for Aries at least who was horribly underutilized by WWE.
I agree he was treated pretty poorly by WWE.....but on a personal level....I don't think he's all that good!

Weirdly I like him but thought WWE treated him fine.
To each there own. It's the kiss of death for any major talent to be put in the Cursierwight division. Ironically this is yet another thing WWE have done just like WCW did. You put guys in the division and they are stuck there because they are see as the Cursierwight guys and nothing else. I thought he was horribly misused personally.

Some might be. If only two people watch TNA and the other person doesn't want to see spoilers for an upcoming show it would be sly to ruin it for them and not use the spoliers.

I think you'd be very lucky to find 2 people who are genuinely arsed.

Aires is a biff anyhow. I can't stand his preachy vegan ramblings on Twitter. Needless to say, he's blocked me.

Didn't know he was Vegan....LOL.

he is very vegan, Daniel bryan tried turning vegan and got it all wrong and became quite ill, then he learned aries was a vegan and he showed him exactly what it takes to make sure you can still lead a healthy lifestyle AND wrestle being vegan. obv the amount of protein needed makes it quite hard work on the road. Bryan has to make all his own stuff before travelling now.

bryan said finding vegan only restaurant's on the road is almost impossible.

Sad, if true.

Pro Wrestling Sheet has confirmed WWE officials informed Paige that she will not be cleared to return to a WWE ring again following her most recent injury.

PWInsider was first to report the news this afternoon and we’ve confirmed the information to be accurate with multiple sources.

As we previously reported, the injury occurred last month at a live event during a six-woman tag match when Sasha Banks kicked her from behind. The recently returned wrestler went down hard and attempted to get up, but quickly fell back down before the match was called off.

According to PWInsider, it is believed she was given the news during Monday Night Raw this week and they described the situation as similar to what happened with Edge‘s retirement.

This couldn’t come at a worse time for the 25-year-old, as she was in the midst of a comeback following a long neck injury hiatus and only wrestled a few matches before the incident occurred.
