Surely they can't let Cena win the other MITB, what a joke decision that would be. It's usually one of the highlights of the year when it happens, the shock factor, letting Cena win one was bad enough.

It's a shame Vince is too old to compete now, the Bret Heart fight was a joke.

Vince had a streetfight match with CM Punk on RAW just two months ago:

RAW was okay.

Breaking news: Apparently Punk is OUT of the TLC ppv. Had minor knee surgery earlier today and probably won't be fit in time for the scheduled TLC match with Ryback on Dec 16th. That's why John Cena vs Dolph Ziggler is now booked in a TLC match instead at the TLC ppv.

My guess is that....

Cena beats Ziggler for the MITB case, but somehow he can then use that shot against either champion (not just the Smackdown champ).

Ziggler wins the Rumble so he can get a title shot back, to happen at WM29 vs the World champ.

Rock beats Punk at the Rumble for the WWE title, then Cena announces he's cashing in his MITB shot at WM29, to face Rock for the WWE title.

Punk is 90% out of the Royal Rumble after knee surgery today.

Ryback vs The Rock is considerably not as good.

WTF??? Can't find any news of it?

EDIT: Arrrgh crap... http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...-reportedly-undergoing-emergency-knee-surgery

EDIT-EDIT: Makes sense actually. He was clearly going to win at TLC against Ryback if it went ahead, making Ryback look incredibly weak with three PPV losses in a row, so if this injury is fake it's a way of keeping Punk away from a title defence until the RR.

We shall see.

The reports are suggesting otherwise.

Some even saying he might miss mania.

It depends on the reliability of the sites you visit. F4WOnline.com, which is one of the most reliable sites around for wrestling news, has done audio updates on it, and basically said it's a two week recovery time for very minor knee surgery (a scope, where a camera and instruments cleans up the joint inside the knee) and that whilst he might miss the TLC ppv, he'll be back in action by the end of December, and no matter what happens, would never miss the Rumble match with Rock as it's the biggest match of his career and something they've been building to for many months. In terms of severity, it's on a par with Cena's surgery at the end of October. He missed a match at the Hell in the Cell ppv, but was back in action after a month.
