Going gym tomorrow straight from work for when it opens.

Just going to do bikes and rowing I think and some weights.

You guys give me any tips to lose stomach fat and get my stamina up? When I go on a jog, I'm tired literally in 1minute.

Try cycling ( in the gym) mate. Cut out as much junk food and bevvy.

Don't eat junk food, plans your meals in advance, cut out caffeine & alcohol and do any type of exercise regularly. Doesn't take long for you to see the difference.

Ask one of the trainers in your gym to show you interval based training on a treadmill and the rowing machine and 4 compound exercises for upper and lower body.

Do you vary your ride lengths? Or keep then around the same distances? Just wondering if you use training techniques like runners do. i.e. two medium runs, one short fast, one long etc for a runner

Just wondering how cyclist do it, and how it would vary depending on your speciality.
