nothing zero zilch by the time i get home from work(builder well brickie) am only fit for sleep most days:(
 
I do cercit training on a monday, followed by a steam and swim. And Weights and cardio on Thursday also followed by steam and swim....

But the weekend fukks everything up!!! Drink & eat [Poor language removed] and feel fukked on a monday..
 
Played in a charity 6 a side tournament on saturday and went all the way to the final so had 8 games. Played 11 a side yesterday and we got soundly thrashed 9-2.

To help lose my gut and look semi decent for my wedding next year I am either biking or walking to and from wok every day which is just under 5 miles round trip. Currently sitting here at work aching like a 70 year old!
