You just remove a defender and then add a midfielder etc. Changes the formation automatically.

Also, a thing I learned from this last year is to not spend too much money on the defence/goalkeeper, and there is no point on saving up money, get it all on the pitch.

As for quality buys that definetly are staying in my team: Enrique, the newcastle left-back, should be a steal. Charlie Adam of Blackpool is also decent at only 5m£ - he's Blackpool's Arteta!
