We should have learned our lesson when Howard came back and failed, that this Kenwright nostalgia cobblers doesn’t work.
Stop looking back at players who might have been good if they’d only had another chance / more love / more discipline / different manager / different boots / better haircut / baggier shorts / their favourite pudding in the Finch Farm canteen etc and look forward to bringing in someone new.
Given we’re utterly skint, we need loans of up and coming players from the bigger squads of City, Chelsea and all the other rich, FFP dodging tramps, not an utterly lazy, clueless, can of spam like Ross.

An innocent question deserving of patient explanation.
Gomes and Gbamin... are they like - nowhere - near consideration? I know both got crocked, Gbamin's hardly played, Gomez not the same after the horror break, but are they seriously absolutely both out of contention for the season?
Between those 2 guys and Alli there is actually potential for a half decent MF that can pass, nauseating to think these guys put boots on jog around in training and that's it. Must be so weird for them and the other players...
