I am amazed that they played Betis so soon after coming back from America.
They must have found it very difficult.In particular because they were there to really settle into the American time.I remember coming back from New York after a ten day break a couple of years ago and was jetlagged for about five days.

In the circumstamces,they did very well.

Because his body is just built that way. He's probably fitter than he's ever been. But some athletes just pick up injuries consistantly. There isn't much they can do about it.

Like you my memory of that game is we gave as good as we got against a decent team. I'm sure we(Jelly?) hit the woodwork a number of times. It was an open attacking game in my opinion - so on the basis of that Osman and Hitz weren't a bad pairing were they?!?

I admitted it they played good.

But let me ask you this, would you want Osman and Hitz (if he was still here) to be our 2 CMs?

Yep probably this.

It will be an epic fail by all concerned if we don't bring in another CM. I wouldn't mind but It doesn't even have to be a marque signing. Just a loan or cheap squad filler like (Huddleston or Parker) that can back them up and offer a more natural option than osman or heitinga would do!

I've said all along I don't believe for a minute RM is planning on going into the season without another CM. I think it's a case of needing to wait until the end of window, to see who may leave and who could be available at a decent price. I truly think that midfielder is Mcarthy that he's waiting for at the right price.
