Very true, but they have to consider whether its incompetence, or something else. Remember, gambling is a rather large industry with huge turnovers. Of course you can! If I work in a shop and my till is £100 down, I'd be disciplined for being sh*te at working the till by the boss.

I once worked with someone who after their first solo shift actually had their till £200 up.

It was an astoudning display of incompetence, not the least because if she actually knew what she was doing she'd stumbled across a fool proof way to steal money but she didn't have a clue what she did.
