Getting In His Face

I've always felt we played football in the spirit of the game without resorting to being cringeworthy moaners.

Now we're aspiring to play like Mark Noble who we mercillesly booed for being an unsportmanlike [Poor language removed].

Jesus wept.

Do you mean the same Mark Noble that won on saturday?

Do you mean the same Mark Noble who is in the team that is 5th to our 12th?

I think we have proved over the years that nice gets you fook all.

Theres a big difference between being 'nice' and switching off.

Theres a big difference between being a professional and getting on with it than being a giant tithead.

I have always admired the way we play, notwithstanding our current philosophy. Theres the Everton way and then theres the way the other lot carry on.

May I remind you of that Sir.

Thank you for the reminder, but once again please read the last line again - I think we have proved over the years that nice gets you fook all.:(

We used to like it when Naismith cased the officials or popcorned the opposition.

Much rather see it like that (when it needs it) than have the likes of nevile - who did jack sh1t that time against chelsea when we couldn't even win a throw in.

I've always thought Noble does a good job for West Ham, not the most technical of players but always gives 100%. You can always do with home grown players who care about the club.

and you'd expect refs to like us for that and respect it, but they instead take the absolute piss. None of them have a backbone bar oliver, united and liverpool get the most dodgy decisions for a reason ... and guess who are the two most successful teams in england. It's not a coincidence.

We're soft as [Poor language removed], i wish it was different, but it's not. I think noble is picked purely to scream at refs because he doesn't seem to do much else in a match. maybe it was just this match.

It's what winners do. Mark Noble, while obviously not a winner in terms of talent on the pitch, obviously gets that fine lines you can influence are worth doing.

As long as referees are totally useless and there's no punishment for it, we should be doing it. We won't, as Martinez doesn't believe in influencing little things like the referee and set pieces.

Noble is a fighter like reidy was and thats what we need.
Martinez is so weak its scary and the players apart from besic and jimmy mac are the same.
We give up leads like little girls,we need fight and steel and passion
