My thoughts exactly and couldn't have said it better myself.
Cheers mate. I dont get some people. Apparently we're supposed to sneer at a talent leaving the club and goad him for not sweating his bollocks off enough.

In a bit paper lungs.

I'd like to know why ours didn't persevere and try and get the talent out.

Will Dowell go a similar way because he needs work done on him that the coach and his staff dont have the expertise to bring out?

I do hope this doesn't turn into a bonfire of flair.
Emery barely played him in Sevilla, Barcelona let him go without even thinking about it for next to no money, Martinez had a period where he benched him more often than not or gave him 20 minute cameos as well (to add to the annoying fact that Deulofeu was goosed when he started any game), now Koeman's doing the same as the previous... everyone else.

Defo something in the managers mate, not Deulofeu, can't be the player having some kind of attitude/fitness problem, only 4 managers/teams have let him go easily or not played him. Yup, god damn managers, not knowing as much as you do about a player from actually seeing him in training on a daily basis. Idiots, the lot of them.

As said: 22 years old. Only genius players with his ability have sorted themselves out by that age, the vast majority need more time.

Oh well, not to worry. We can just replace him with some nugget with no talent but who has three lungs.

Onwards and...erm..upwards...

how dare you speak to Davek like that

the all knowing incumbent fountain of all knowledge of Everton FC

It;s not attitude it's decision making. He's 22. If you had his skill you'd need a bit of time to figure out what ball is best to play where and at what time, and when it's best to release/retain the ball.

This stuff about 'he wont work' is 'kin depressing. Besides being at best a half truth it really does emphasise some dog of an interpretation of football and how we should have ALL our players playing.

Noticed it's something your very fond of doing that Dave, inserting quotation marks around a persons post - when they never said that phrase, actually really misleading don't you think doing that?

Please show me exactly where i used the phrase you accused me of saying, I've bolded the phrase in your post btw for clarity

I pointed out the fact - indisputable one at that, after 25-30 minutes or any bit of activity from him he looks absolutely knackered and shows it to anyone with eyes, it's not "he wont work" - he is physically incapable of putting int he workload needed for a full 90 without having huge breaks where he tries to recover some stamina and when that exhausted no skillful player will be able to perform the way the talent says they should do.

You think Kendall or Royle would have played Deulofeu mate when he has that typoe of stamina and fitness levels?
