I've been looking back at news videos on the death of Eric Garner in New York 5 years ago... It's scary how similar it is to Floyd's murder, even Garner pleading that he couldn't breath, and it was caught on camera..

Can't say I remember the media giving it much attention? perhaps they did in America?.... Cop wasn't charged, was only fired 9 months ago...

It has. Regardless, not sure why it could only go up from here and not down.

Interested if you can find a POTUS ever re-elected with poll numbers this poor.

The election is going to be decided around 7 states (maybe missing 1-2 dunno). Florida, NC, PA, Michigan, Iowa, Arizona, Wisconsin. Trump can win enough of these states to put him over the top.

Biden is gonna win about 53-55% of the vote, because they'll be absurd majorities in large blue states and some red states that are close but not close enough (Texas/Georgia). But those aren't the states that matter. These are the collection of flakes you are staking democracy on.

Florida - never count on Florida; always expect the worst. Florida often decides elections which is why the USA is dissolving into protests, economic collapse and bat-fever. There are no laws in Florida because Floridans often commit crimes that we never knew we needed a law for.

NC - From what I remember back in the 90s-early 00s NC had by far the best education system in the south. This was systematically dismantled by the GOP creating a new generation of poorly educated. Who loves the poorly educated?

Wisconsin - They are still angry about the Packer's draft and may just want the world to burn. They probably tailgate at the polls.

PA - I grew up there. known as Pittsburgh + Philly seperated by Alabama. This is BS, most Alabamans wouldn't tolerate 5 min of central PA. They would turn around and go to back to someplace more liberal, like Alabama. Biden is well liked in the NE tho (he grew up there) so there is that.

Iowa - the 1 issue electorate, corn. Trump can convince 51% of Iowans Biden wants to defund the corn.

Arizona - old people who think florida is too sophciated retire there

Michigan - home to the Michigan Militia. The OG Trumpers. The Turner Diaries is their bible.

Barack Obama never got 53-55% of the vote and won in electoral landslides far bigger than Tweetie Amin's.

If Texas goes from a 9-point win to a toss-up, there's scant reason to expect the razor-thin margins in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania from 2016 will repeat.

I'll not speculate on Iowa or North Carolina (@RAFUH's territory) at this point but if Maricopa County continues to surge blue then Arizona will go that way, too.

texas seems like it'll be a swing in the future maybe in a decade if the dems don't ignore it. I don't think it will yet tho, but 47-48% yea I can see that. If Texas goes then Ohio probably went too, and sure its over. Just can't see it.

NC is a swing, they'll be funny business there tho. Georgia should be a swing but people are going to be left not able to vote.

Dems should chalk up FL as a L. Campaign there heavily but don't rely on it. If you electoral map depends on FL you better find another way, just in case.

The rust belt has swerved right. GOP making major inroads there at least to the point where they can take over the state elections w/ low turnout and win a national election there w/ the current rabble that is the DNC campaign machine. Maybe not enough this election because total incompetence but the states are changing albeit slowly. This is why the dems have to start working on Texas and Georgia now.

Like many bubble states, NC will be decided by voter turn out...particularly black voters. That is how Obama won the state
