- nicking water for a start, something which probably an extremely questionable legal basis at best
- sending two cops into an area where a riot is expected to be going on dressed in shorts
- the riot cops have short sleeved shirts on, some have no gloves etc

doubt it - though next year (when the impact of Brexit and the response to the pandemic are obvious) we will probably have a summer chock-full of this sort of thing
