I have a serious problem with the Republicans hiring someone to do their job for them. How are none of the senators going to speak for this entire thing?
 
Unless he falls apart in questioning It basically gonna come down to who you believe and the left will believe Ford and the right will believe Kavanaugh. Supporters of both will think they have each put up a convincing argument. Ultimately I think he'll still get the nod for the job, he's gonna have to have a complete mare in the questioning for that to change.
 
Actually, the Republican senators are being smart as they aren't asking any questions - and they are not getting into verbal conflict with or causing the pain in either of these people. TBF, both parties messed this up terribly by (a) Sen Feinstein not releasing this earlier, and (b) the Republicans not providing for an investigation by the FBI and not bringing in Mark Judge for testimony.

And if he does, then he’s not up for the job........
