So it shouldn't matter if some of these people opened fire on them as they are literally kidnapping people, right? I mean, if they have nothing identifying them as "law enforcement" and they don't say they are either, I would venture that would be grounds for self defence.

I think they're being referred to as federal law enforcement generically because the feds are being vague about which agencies are involved.

Crazy to me that a state official thinks suing a city official is a grown up approach to things.

Since moving to this country its baffling how many frivolous or pointless small claims and law suits i have heard about or read about.

Thing is though I once thought Governor trumped ( a word ruined by the orange dope) city officials as in they can mandate or enact rules that superseded theirs

Then I saw Newsom and other Governors bend to some cities in their respective states. Mind boggling.
