I must of missed the part where Nader, Stein and the rest declared 4 months before the election and didn't run legitimate long term campaigns.
But beyond that what do you think they're going to vote for him for? The 3 years in the MAGA hat? Did you read what his campaign points were? Do you actually think there are African-American interests being dealt with?
Or do you just think all black people are going to vote for someone based solely on them being black?
On a Venn Diagram, the intersection of “registered voters” and “people who would seriously consider voting for Kanye” has to be almost nonexistent.I must of missed the part where Nader, Stein and the rest declared 4 months before the election and didn't run legitimate long term campaigns.

He’s trying to make that happen tbfKill me now
Do you think black people are idiots? That first paragraph sounds like you're saying black people will swing an election for a bunch of idiotic reasons, so I think we need to be clear about this. No, I think some will. Not just because he's black (although don't kid yourself, that will be a factor for a few), but for a laugh. Name recognition. It's "funny". "The Birthday Party" on the ballot box - same effect as Monster Raving Loony Party in the UK but on a bigger scale.
And it only takes a few thousand to swing certain states in certain scenarios. Trust me, him launching that campaign is a carefully, calculated attempt to dilute the vote for Biden, even if just a bit, just in case it's decisive. Pretending he's anti-Trump now is a transparently naked device to steal Biden voters wherever possible.
It's almost like people aren't that dumb.On a Venn Diagram, the intersection of “registered voters” and “people who would seriously consider voting for Kanye” has to be almost nonexistent.

Beyond that I again challenge you to read the interview and then tell me how it is "calculated".
I have nothing more to say really. I said it at the start and I'm sticking by it now, if you're buying that he's a legitimate threat to Biden you're a moron. It's a moronic idea. And if you're calling out black voters specifically as being likely to fall for this stupidity, which you did here:No but I do think some black people are idiots, as some white people are, Latino people - every group has idiots. Not every voter is informed and responsible, otherwise you'd get no one voting for Lord Buckethead; yet they do, he got 0.4% of the vote.
I've used the word "some" several times now - I don't get what's got you so irate with what I'm saying.
And it's calculated because everything he's saying and doing is typical insane Kanye West fluff. But to suddenly believe he's anti Trump is ludicrous, so to say it indicates what his end goal is here - to support Trump by diluting the vote against him.
Kanye West nakedly obvious in his attempt to split the black vote so Trump benefits.
Considering the ongoing pandemic as well as the obstacles to voting that keep getting implemented in GOP controlled states, which focus on areas where people who tend to vote Democratic (and tend not to be white) are concentrated, the idea that Kanye will win a statistically useful number of gag votes seems dubious.

you need to think long and hard about why that is.
