Nobody will come out and publicly speak against it. It'll be given a good kicking, swamped with technicalities and killed with a lack of support rather than visible opposition by congress.
jeez, that's depressing. Accurate, but depressing.
It's been nearly 18 years and this is as far as it has got. Those who oppose it will take great joy in the fact that with each passing year there will be fewer of the 9/11 first responders still alive to potentially divert funds from what is required to bolster their personal fortunes.
