Wow Steve Milloy is amazing. He was part of Trump's EPA transition team, is a lawyer and has been on fox news. Also he can't take being ratioed because of his poor grasp of basic science.

Really worried about RBG.
After some reflection time it seems really effing dirty to force her to vote or abstain from her hospital bed. Really, really effing dirty.
Especially as a lot of the lawyers I’ve read seem to think it was a pretty obvious legal case.
As a general matter isn’t there any “competency” requirements for Supreme court rulings? Betweeen anesthesia hangover and pain meds you’d have to question whether she was technically fit enough to vote,
