Likely to be an interesting , and crowded, primary.

Some I think will try - Biden, Sanders, Warren, Harris, Beto, Booker, Klobochar, Gillibrand, Sherrod Brown, Mark Cuban, Avenatti, Julian Castro, Eric Holder, LA mayor Garcetti
Avenatti needs to jump in a lake.

He was doing good stuff when he was just being a lawyer for Stephanie Clifford. His actions basically led to the Cohen charges etc.

Unfortunately he's massively let the attention go to his head. He's now attacking Pod Save America host Jon Favreau on twitter. (For the record, PSA raised $2.5m for Democratic candidates in the midterms, not to mention providing information and inspiration to nearly 2m people every episode).

Beto would be an energising force. Yeah he lost to Cruz (JUST), but that's Texas - let's be honest, Texas isn't going to be part of the electoral college strategy for 2020. And he probably gives a better chance of picking it up than anyone else.

Share your feelings re Avenatti, his involvement in the Kavanaugh hearings was also very detrimental to Dr Ford’s allegations being considered seriously by Republicans.

He seems to have significant money issues which unfortunately makes it likely he’ll try to stay in the spotlight.

I have no idea how legitimate his cluent’s claims re: Kavanaugh were, but he was absolutely the wrong messenger for them

I thought he did really well with stormy Daniels , he was clearly highly competent and fairly charismatic and he called almost every event correctly . Rather than just fighting it through the courts he took on trump in the court of public opinion and tv studios and the trump advocates who turned up were simply no match for him ,

However for me he seems to have got caught up in his own hype , the Kavanaugh stuff seemed more hinderence than help and as you say his ongoing financial situation isn’t going away . Avenatti seems to have been seduced by the limelight and attention and although I can see why he thinks he’s the street fighter to take trump on I do think he’s got ahead of himself .

I hate to say this but I don't think she's going to make it to 2020. I know a lot of people who say when balance starts to go in the elderly it's not long left. I've seen it personally twice myself..
Yeah, an actuary would probably not give you good odds that both Breyer and RBG stay in their roles through 2020 unfortunately though for lots of reasons I hope like hell they manage it.
