Good tonight mate. I have Besic as motm but that was the best I've seen Barry since 13/14. Game suited him.

Can't believe how well he's played this season. Really thought we'd all hate seeing him by now, but he keeps making playing centre mid look so easy. Him and Besic is a great combination that needs to continue.

Very very good tonight.

Playing with Besic suits him much more than McCarthy or Cleverley in that position. Besic does the running for him.

Besic has much more to his game than McCarthy, who lacks a passing range.

Outstanding tonight. He usually looks totally done in around the 60min mark after putting in a sound performance but is left exposed by being left out on the park by the manager when it's clear he is running on empty and that's when the mistakes happen by the barrel load.

Tonight he was supported massively in the donkey work by besic hence why he still had some energy left right to the end. Besic looks like his perfect replacement but Gareth still has a fair bit to offer for now.

Yet again, a game with quality midfielders on both sides and our Gaz Baz led the way. He is a rolls royce of a player and in sensation form at the moment. Besic was supeb as well. Considering his lack of game time he never stopped.
