I'm assuming that everyone buzzing off the end of last night's episode hasn't read the books, or you did and you're a bad fan girl.

I have read the books, I am not a bad fan girl (at least for the show) and I thought the episode was the best of the season so far, by a good mark too.

I mean the ending only... Not even a singed pube. GRRM had said it was a "one-time magical event" or something similar at a convention discussing the first time around... Now it makes it seem cheap and that she has some sort of inherent super power of fire resistance. Dary-Sue, crap writing, IMO.

The same thing happened with the birth of the Dragons. Not a single mark on her body. Unlike the book, where (and it has been a while since I read it) she comes out bald, hair burnt off. Plus she looks better with the styled hair and all!

brilliant, glad its got back to having political stuff, if you didn't enjoy that you really should stop watching, I understand criticism here and there but its almost become a sport to pick apart the episode rather than enjoying it for what it is
