i think Boros raised Berric by breathing fire into him but he came back a shell of himself, perhaps the sacrifice of kings blood will allow Jon to come back as more than that? Just a guess, who knows where Martin is going with it, but Jon's definitely coming back someway. yeah stannis took a dive in character the last few episodes which is a disappointment, as even through most of the show he was a boss character. Doubt Martin tears him down as much but think he'll still kick the bucket sometime during Winds of winter
 
Pretty sure jon will be back, think melisandre will bring him back though theres talk he could merge into his wolf which would be crap way of doing it. Hope he slaughters the traitors of nights watch, especially that little [Poor language removed] Ollie
 
This is why I love this show. You just cannot imagine another show doing what Game of Thrones does. Great TV.
