A guy came into work who owns a horse that is running at Southwell in the 1.40 tomorrow. Not in the greatest of form but apparently back on favoured track and is at a lesser weight than previous runs. She's the favourite for the race and it would be rude to not have a dabble.

I never for a minute thought Paulie would get knocked out (which I guess in a way he didnt). The guy has got a great chin, I saw the beating he took from Cotto. I also expected him to give Hatton a good match.

Hatton is going to kill Manny P. Manny is better but Hatton is just way too big and will throw him around like a rag doll. I'd love to see a Hatton-Cotto fight.

Paulie looked like a featherweight against Hatton, it was hard to believe that they were in the same weight class. He's OK but will probably be a journeyman for now on and/or manage to hold on to a belt in a weak division.
