There's no theme or movement to get behind on that. Lack of slogans or hashtags.

God forbid people getting together to protest against laws.

Some grovelling apology that, and certainly justified. This sordid happening is a good example of how journalistic media is failing...

Haha exactly.

All this can be put it into simple terms...I call someone a c**t and really mean it, you have to accept said person is going to be upset by it.

So either take it on the chin and expect everything that comes on the back of it (banning from platforms etc) or apologise. No one's stopped "free" speech there.
 
All for Free speech as long as they are guided in a pandemic rules set out - plus do you think this poor girls' family has had chance to grieve with all this going on - two wrongs by the police & demonstrators make it any better imo - The needs to be more news of the cover up on the reported flashing the murdered girl reported & what went on over those reports imo .....
Not a vigil which the organisers rightly cancelled in a pandemic ....
I just feel sorry for the murdered girl & her family over it being staged like this ....

The story about how a copper used his authority to carry out an horrendous attack is being swallowed up by men Vs woman Vs the establishment

Ha, yeah - apologies don’t get much more full and frank than that.

I saw something yesterday that the Telegraph (which is, I think where Burchill’s article was published) may be trialling a new ‘pay per clicks’ model of payment to their contributors, which is absolutely guaranteed to incentivise the wrong type of click bait, culture war, outrage machine journalism.
