There is zero evidence of that though.

The problem with EFC social media is many statements get thrown out over who signed what player, who fell out with who, who is really injured or who's just throwing a sickie etc.

Its dangerous because it leads to two divided camps believing statements that neither have proof of.

Everton social media is a reflection on modern day politics in many ways.

Always two sides to every story mucker.
The only thing we know for certain is what happens in the 90 minutes on the match day pitch, for example the DCL late rumors, was he? We don't know, but we do know he shouldn't be anywhere near a starting 11

It's not social media. They had a disagreement and Donachie decided to walk - but was pushed. They disagreed over a few things.

Look, I don't think DD was amazing. I said so at the time. Benitez wanted to do things his own way, fine, but he did also hire a fitness coach who, in his own words, said 'I only want players to be at 80% fitness'

Anyway, he's gone. The lasting damage is done, but hopefully we manage to get 10 points from somewhere and we can reset in the league.

But he should never be forgiven and I'm sorry mate but you and everyone who backed him played your part. A cretin of a manager, an utter disaster for a club that simply needed a bit of a plan.

The rumours that he was late have already been written off as complete drivel

He's injured, as he has been all season. He can't get over that injury.

If you really think Lampard - given where we are - drops our key striker for being late for two games of this magnitude then I'm baffled.

And if you don't think he's been missed in the last two games, because of what else he brings to the team - i.e. Richarlison being able to play in his best position, a focal point to try and hit, then I'm baffled too.

We've been calling for a manager to ruffle a few feathers for years after numerous pushovers and uninterested appointments.

Fans cant slate the club over jobs for the boys, keeping on the same unqualified fitness/conditioning department and recruitment team but then moan when we got a manager in who was throwing them all under the bus and booting key personnel out the door.

We get the club we deserve.

Im not saying Benitez was perfect or that he had done a good job but I do believe its no coincidence that after a good start to the season the wheels came off as soon as he called into question the likes of Brands / Donachie.

The clubs a holiday camp and if you dont tow the party line you're out.
? that’s really good of you!

Can the Benitez bootlickers stop polluting our current managers thread with their inane babbling and rambling nonsense about how he was so great and would have sorted us out if all the fans (just like me) fully supported him.

Christ, you’re nearly as deluded as the murderers across the park in your unwavering support of the fat kopite prick, even after the absolutely disgraceful job he did when managing our once great club.

I wish you could show the same support to
Frank as you do to tapastits - I never want to see or hear about that gobshite for as long as i live, so please just stop it or just stick you worshiping crap about our previous manager in the legacy thread.

If we drop it has to be Rooney, Frank right now is showing us nothing.

I'm not against Lampard tbh but if we do go down I would be using my super agent links if I was Moshiri to bring in a manager of european pedigree.

Leeds - went up with Biesla
Wolves - went up with Nuno
Newcastle - went up with Benitez
Fulham - coming up with Silva

I would be looking at out of work managers who are a cut above that division the likes of Fonesca or Nuno.

2 year contract - let them get us up and go from there the following summer.

You two have gone from backing Benitez losing game after game, after game and us being 20th in form every week/month to now discussing replacing his far superior replacement.

Im struggling to think how to process this...

...its total madness.

Should have kept Benitez and saved millions but the club pandered to the players downing tools and rabid fans yet again.

Even if we had gone down he would have brought us back up most likely. Its uncertain if Lampard would do that going off his Derby stint.
The same Benitez that got us just 6 points from his last 13 matches in charge?

I like you as a poster but that is an absurd shout.
