I know they say the standard in the championship is better than ever. Didn't think it was so good that 6th place in it trumps Portuguese leagues and Cups same for other clubs VP joined and won pots in. By a such a great distance that we are screaming for one and causing pandemonium over the other.

it’s important to profile him, his valuations and associations to see if he’s the right cultural fit for Everton values I feel.

If we are looking at the political profile of potential new managers, our best fit at this time is probably finding someone who supports the monster raving loony party. I believe it could unite the fanbase and entire club.

Evertonians are so punch drunk from hiring and firing so many managers the expectation is that the next one will fail as well.

The problem was that some were doomed to failure from the very start.
RB for obvious reasons.
Marco Silva because he simply was not ready to take on a job as big as Everton but may well be some day.
Martinez probably falls into the same category as Silva.

Koeman was able to cope but not a good manager and Allyrdyce was never more than a short term solution.

Ancelloti did quite well, was not a failure(a disappointing run in to the end of the season apart) and he left to join a bigger club.

Lampard is still relatively inexperienced but certainly has a managerial pedigree, has been used to pressures at the highest level of football for over a decade.

He has worked in different circumstances at both Derby and Chelsea.... if appointed it is a clean slate for manager and club.

What I guess started off as a joke has been a lightning rod for tories to out themselves and make it possible to put them all on ignore I wish someone had thought of this years ago.
