Ooooh yes!AFC Fylde vs Cambridge United
20th September 2031
Fylde needed points and the fans were expectant ahead of the clash with 23rd place Cambridge United. Patrick Uttridge was serving a suspension and Brett McGavin partnered Jordan Wilson in midfield. Fylde kicked the match off and Morton carried the ball down the right, he backheeled it to Bytheway and he sent it into the box first time for Euan Henderson to slot after 18 seconds! What a start for Fylde! Tyrone O'Neill was getting in behind and almost doubled the lead when his shot hit the crossbar. Euan Henderson put a great ball through for O'Neill but he couldn't beat the keeper at close range. Mark Morton seemed to be struggling just before half-time but with 2nd choice right back Steve Stockbridge injured, Greg Taylor came on to fill in. Bytheway played the ball across the box, Henderson showed a great touch to take it away from the defender and hit the shot on his right foot but the keeper pulled off a great save. Jack Quinn replaced Tyrone O'Neill and Wilson played it wide to Bytheway and he crossed for Quinn who guided the header towards the bottom corner but it was inches wide. There was a moment of madness for Brett McGavin the last 30 seconds as he gave the ball away under no pressure, tracked back and gave away a needless foul in a dangerous position. Feeney was on hand to deal with the free-kick and the whistle blew to give Fylde the three points.
DF: Cambridge offered no real threat and I'm disappointed we didn't score more goals. It was fantastic to score when we did but we should have had the second inside the first ten minutes. We move 6 points behind leaders Wimbledon and the top half is tight. There's no reason for panic.

Aldershot vs AFC Fylde
27th September 2031
A win against Aldershot could see Fylde climb into the top four and close the gap at the top. Victor Oto'o made the bench and could be an impact down the right flank in the later stages of the match. Ferguson warned his players ahead of the match of the threat of striker Tony Sunderland, a player who Ferguson tried to sign from Milwall last season. The opening twenty minutes was end to end but both defences were playing well to keep the ball out. Uttridge played a lobbed pass back to Dube who struggled to get it under control, Diaz got in ahead of Feeney and tried for the side of the net but Dube stood firm and pushed it away. Fylde were still to register a shot and on 36 minutes Josh Ferguson won the ball back in the Aldershot half, played it to O'Neill who knocked it left for Henderson and made a run in to the box to meet Henderson's cross and plant it home to make it 1-0! It was just Tyrone O'Neill's goal that separated the two sides as the second half progressed. Jordan Wilson played it wide to Henderson and he spotted the overlap of John Jones, who done well to keep the ball in play, he crossed it into the box, Josh Ferguson took it down well and slotted it into the bottom corner! The away fans applauded Vince Bytheway as he left the field for Victor Oto'o who made his first appearance this season. Jimmy Dube pulled off some fantastic stops to keep Fylde in front, a great display from him but still time for Aldershot to score in the last 20 minutes. Fylde were playing with confidence and the passing was enjoyable to watch, Aldershot could not get the ball. It was a comfortable performance for Fylde and they looked unstoppable in the second half.
DF: Everything clicked for us today, Jimmy was great in goal and the players out there put a shift in and we got a nice victory. It's great to see Oto'o back playing and he'll be up to speed in a few weeks.

AFC Fylde vs Fleetwood Town
30th September 2031
Ferguson kept the same team that beat Aldershot three days prior with Sean Jones on the bench for Victor Oto'o. Fleetwood were eyeing an immediate return to The Championship currently sitting in 8th place on the same points as Fylde. Josh Ferguson played a great ball for O'Neill to latch on to but his shot was saved well by the keeper. Two minutes to go before half-time, the ball was played forward for Tyrone O'Neill to chase down but Haslam was late sticking out his leg and O'Neill took a tumble, a late challenge from Haslam and the referee came straight over and had no choice but to show the red card. John Jones sent the free-kick into the box, Sam Gibson headed it towards the 6 yard box, Feeney got a foot in, Bartlett went in for the interception but he put it over his own line! 1-0 to Fylde! Fleetwood falling apart just before half-time! Christian Hutson came on for Josh Ferguson in the second half. Ten minutes into the second half, Jones threw the ball to Hutson who played it back to Jones, he crossed into the danger area but Cunningham cleared poorly to Jordan Wilson on the edge of the box and he sliced ity home into the bottom right corner! Fylde smelt blood and four minutes later Hutson played a nice ball to Wilson who took the shot on his right but it went just wide. Sean Jones was given a go on the left replacing Euan Henderson with 25 minutes to play, nothing more than a rest for the Fylde legend. Jones played it down the line for the run of substitute Greg Taylor, he crossed into the box, Dawes cleared but only as far as Hutson and he hit the shot on his right, it took a deflection off Dawes and nestled into the bottom corner! 3-0! The three points are looking like Fylde's! The game was over the added three additional minutes and Fylde were passing the ball around the Fleetwood area, Wilson knocked it to Hutson and he blasted it into the top corner! 4-0! What an epic victory for Fylde!
DF: The fans loved that one! I loved that one! The sending off certainly changed the game and they didn't change anything on the pitch, we exploited it and we got four goals and kept another clean sheet. It would be fantastic if we kept this going, we are more than capable and I think we have been playing fantastically well lately.

You're thinking of Sandy Quy the physio. He'll be out in 6 months. Ward is thinking about getting him on day release from HMP Fylde until then as he'll be cheap.Didn’t know he was out , rehabilitation in action ? This is that bloke from Southport who killed his missus right ?
