Chesterfield vs AFC Fylde
12th December 2027
Danny Smith came in for the injured Bryan Johnson and Paul Townsend earnt himself a start with Tyrone O'Neill behind in support. It was 18 minutes on the clock when Scott Clark rifled in a free-kick from 20 yards out to give Chesterfield the lead. Fylde were lacklustre in attempting to win the ball back inside their own half and Stephen Duke-Mckenna was presented with an easy tap-in at the far post. A nightmare start for Fylde. Fylde failed to have a single shot throughout the first half and on 39 minutes Tyrone O'Neill was brought off for Josh Ferguson. Fylde were fortunate not be on the receiving end of a beating as Foster kept the ball out on many occasions and Chesterfield had some golden chances which they seen go wide. Paul Townsend got on the end of Okoroji's long bals and played it wide to Smith who crossed for Henderson and he headed just inches wide. Scott Clark was clinical again curling in a free-kick with ten minutes to go to inflict the first defeat of the league season for Fylde.
DF: This was the worst performance I've seen this season. There was nothing, no fight, no desire, nothing. I expect better than what I seen out there, there was no excuses for such a terrible performance.

AFC Fylde vs Crewe Alexandra
18th December 2027
Ferguson states he wants the defeat to Chesterfield to drive the team forward and that the pressure was off the players shoulders for the remainder of the season. Danny Smith got on the end of Feeney's headed clearance and created a counter attack on 9 minutes, he played it to Henderson but the ball was behind him and it required more work to be done, he managed a shot on his right foot but it was wide. The first half ended with both teams level. The best chance came on 60 minutes when Wisdom crossed in from the free-kick to the back post and Feeney won the header which hit the post before being claimed by the keeper. O'Neill got on the end of Smith's long ball and the keeper done well to turn it round the post. It was a game with a lot of dissent and Chima Okoroji picked up two yellows in the last 7 minutes reducing Fylde to ten men going into stoppage time. 95 minutes on the clock and Danny Smith lined up the free-kick on the side of the area, he crossed to the near post and Henderson won the header but he put it just over the bar. The last chance of the game and it's a draw for The Coasters.

Yeovil vs AFC Fylde
26th December 2027
The boxing day fixture was an away trip in Yeovil. Tariq Lamptey came in for Okoroji at left back and Bryan Johnson was a surprise inclusion on the bench after his recent injury as was Tyler Garrett who had also been out injured. The first half was dominated by Yeovil but they failed to convert any of their chances. Fylde failed to register a single shot throughout the first half. The second half had little action and Fylde came forward on 89 minutes, second half substitute Johnson recieved the ball in the box and slotted it home! But the flag was raised and Johnson was offside. A quiet afternoon of football and another point on the board for Fylde.
DF: We didn't play well. We were fortunate to come away with a point and I demand more. We are close to throwing away all our hard work so far this season.

All the way's been treated horrifically by this fraud of a manager, 5 minute cameos most of the season.FERGUSON EYEING A STRIKER
The transfer window is due to open in a couple of days and Ferguson has stated he has not been impressed with his strikers this season. Tyrone O'Neill, Sam Allaway and on loan striker Paul Townsend have struggled to find goals and Ferguson is often left frustrated with the lack of effort up top.
Fylde's strikers this season
Tyrone O'Neill - 20 appearances 5 goals
Sam Allaway - 14 appearances 3 goals
Paul Townsend - 7 appearances 0 goals
This guy gets it.

If I didn't know better I'd say they were a programme off one of those fancy computer thingys, set up to start strong, fall apart in the middle and finish strong again. Nonsense analogy I know but sometimes watching them year after year, that's what it feels likeSlotter All the Way is the man to blast us out of our goal drought. Get him on. Every season Ferguson teams wobble. Every bleeding time.
Dunc needs to get the lads off to Dubai for a bit of warm weather training
and by training I mean throwing some shapes and pulling some slappers down Jumeira beach resort.
