Remember the Plymouth game, me and my mate had to get the last train from Hough Green 11pmish on the Friday night, hung about Lime Street Station with lots of other "wooly backs" got on the special 5 or 6am. There was a RS fan with his Blues mates bit p*ssed ended up getting on our train to Plymouth, funny bloke took it quite well when he realised he wasn't going to Ipswich.
Cops marched us around the centre of Plymouth for a few hours but as the trains kept pulling in and thousands of blues were pouring into the city centre they gave up and marched us up the hill to the ground.
Great win in a "banana skin game" totally dominated them. On the way back to the station it was bedlam lots of running battles with locals, cops and the odd blue!
The train back went through Ditton Junction at a snails pace dozens of us jumped off. Great days indeed!!
