I don't disagree that the problem would fix itself eventually.
That doesn't mean it should be like that at the start.

Started game and its not too bad 
Typical Everton, I get lots of injuries during friendlies :-( Richarlison out for 9 months with ACL while running up wing :-(
Player talks seem not as extreme as before as when I carted off Jagielka and Baines as Captain/vice Captains, Jags was cool about it baines bitched but talked to him and everything so cool afterwards
Will slowly get more into it but not too bad

Still playing FM15, haven't finished yet (nor died due to old age). When does the game end? Should i be looking at the new version (and when does it go on sale)?

Game goes pretty much indefinitely if I recall correctly.
If you've only been on FM15 I'd highly recommend upgrading to the new game, there's been enough changes in the last 4 versions to make it pretty worthwhile. New graphics engine, training, dynamics, scouting, transfer ai, more detailed tactics, UI improvements, updated database, etc.
I just picked up FM19 last week for about 23 quid on Voidu with the promo code BLUEWINTER (around £32 without I think), the site looks a bit dodgy but they're legitimate.
I've been playing classic mode, it's my first time to play FM, I should probably upgrade and try the legit game. Just takes so much time to play the full version.

Definitely give the full game a go! If it's overwhelming or takes too long you can always dedicate the more involved and complicated tasks like training schedules to your staff and just focus on signing players/playing the matches.

Haha fairs, FM15 is my favourite and I only made it through 6 seasons
It was getting old and I was playing easy/classic mode, so upgrading and learning the full game will be useful.

Pretty much loving the new version to be honest. Best release there's been in years (especially since still in beta).
Tactics system much improved, training looks it too (though haven't really delved into that yet). Just generally a lot more polished too.
