Haven't pre ordered it but I will get it probably a few weeks after it is released. Sports Interactive always give out a free box to all Vanarama National League & North & South clubs for them to sell on so usually get mine from Chelmsford City on the cheap.

Found the game a lot harder in the last few years and that I'm not playing it as much as I used to during my school & 6th form days!

University was my peak on FM. Many, many hours and I won the treble with FC United of Manchester. Did something similar with Tranmere this year but got smoked my Bayern in the Champions League and never played it again.

It is definitely more difficult nowadays though.

I wonder if they'll stick with the same old press conference questions again. Being asked about a decision to list a player you've never heard of at a club you have no connection whatsoever to or being asked to name a specific opposition player as a weak link...they're absolutely terrible and have been lazily kept the same for years while bearing no relation to an actual press conference.

The painfully generic press conferences and interviews are largely jarg, and I will be skipping as many as possible!

Is it correct we start with a 4.5 million budget?
Yeah though not terribly surprising as it takes into account players bought in the summer, so I wouldn't expect the budget to be high for the first window. The bit I find weird is that our balance is £47m in the red, and we take out a 10 year, £45m loan in the first few days of the game to compensate.

Bit strange, have queried it on the data forum.

EDIT: Wolves seem to have the same problem, with a starting balance of £100m in debt
