With what role do you play him? And he's not good, he's awesome. Shame though that to start the game and actually get him on loan/buy him in the latest patch (11.3) you have to sell the club, ffs, as we have ZERO money...
I've done that for Everton on an edited database. Was awesome, haha

Sanogo from Auxerre becomes a monster-much better than Lukaku turned out to be for me. Arnautovic is a good buy as well.

Recently started a new game on the new patch, and this has happened to me for the first time ever. Fun stuff.
I sold Saha (£2m), Hibbert (£2.5m), Osman (£3m) and Baxter (£3.5m) and brought Babacar in on installments, and won the league by three points in my first season. I've won the league five years out of six at the moment.
Last year Babacar scored 58 goals in all competitions ^^ My side is insane like. I have Pastore, Neymar, Ganso, Rodwell, Belfodil, Santon, Fabio and Fellaini, alongside some world class regens, including the worlds best goalkeeper named Fernando.
I haven't lost in 85 games (31st October 2015 till the 28th January 2017

Are you on the latest patch though mate? Other than that an amazing achievement. The best i had was et simile, except it was in the first 2 seasons then i got bored of beating everyone with 3 to 5:0 (Howard had something impossible like 3k or something minutes of not conceding a goal). I beat, in the first season, Real Madrid with 3:0 and overall domination as they had 5 shots or something and i had 30. It was really.... impossible, to say the least, as it was in the first season and that was for the Euro Super cup - won EL, won the league (by 5 points or something, with only 1 lost game), won FA cup, won Carling... won everything i was in, pretty much. And then i got bored.
On the new patch i'm still dominating, surprisingly enough, but i'm 1 injury away from dropping that form, as it's a very small squad. Gueye is ace there. Beckford has something like 10 goals in 11 games in the league (a hat trick against Blackpool, which i beat 7:0); Osman has 5-6, playing him in the Cahill position, with Cahill actually being his sub, as he's gash mostly, i don't know why. Probably will start playing him as a striker again

Well the game has had all patches at some point, as I've had this save since the day the game was released, and is running the latest one this season and I'm still undefeated. Playing a 4-3-3 in the new path but with two of the strikers in the AMR/AML position like Barca adopt, because wide players are effective in this patch.
My regens are brilliant. I have seven of the current Brazil squad, with all of them at least making the bench every game ^^
That Fernando is the best 'keeper in the world bar none, and has been a first team constant starter for me since he was 18!
Nahh I manually scout the club squads, scout them if they look decent and if the scout report comes back good I'll go ahead and poach them. They can't join til they're 18 in England either, but they develop well if the potential is there.
I only do that with the Brazilians though. de Kok, Pistol, Dupont, Moreno, Pardini, Arregi and Rossi are all scout find regens who are coming on well in different stages of my squad.
My plan for next season is to not spend a penny in the transfer market and move on one or two players, so that they have the space to make it into the first team squad.
The problem my young strikers have is that Babacar is still only 23, Neymar 24 and Belfodil 25 - so they may be reared for future profit, which is a shame, because Nenem and Dogio are superb!
This lad joins in three years...

I do this too, usually. On my Levski Sofia (Bulgarian favorite team, etc etc) team I had some regens even after the first season which were awesome! I still remember one of the strikers who had extreme mental and physical stats (like pace/acc about 16-18, flair 19, technique 14) and not exactly great finishing stats, but scored heaps for me due to everything else being amazing. He made regular runs from one box to the other and crazy stuff like that, especially against the lesser teams in Bulgaria, and to be fair 90% of them are inferior to Levski/CSKA/Litex. Anyway bought him for a 3rd division team for 25k, cause he just joined and didn't have a price tag, sort of. When he signed his price instantly went up to something like 2m euro. Won me games on his own... and he was 16
