Foot pain

You literally just need 1 pill to cope with the pain and it may even go away after taking it...wont even feel the pills effects either.

Dont understand why the lack of urgency to see the doc and you would prefer to go to work in trainers lol

Because i only like going the doctors when i am sick. I didn't even start going after my asthma attack because it went away, no point in going all the way there when i am fine.

Plus need new shoes anyway, if that is connected to the problem at all.

side note, i haven't eaten that much of the foods that is meant to cause gout, certianly not over ate red meat or things like that, so not sure how it could lead to gout if my diet has been quite low key for a good while now

But you don't know there is nothing seriously wrong with you? And you don't have to take the time off if they sign you off, it's a recommendation.

Catch 22. Don't want the time off but would be silly to refuse it as well.

It's been staring us in the face the whole time. Ash has clearly got some hideous Elephant Man deformity and he's too ashamed to see the doctor in case they send him to a traveling show for our amusement.
My doctor is a train ride away. So it's about the travelling more so then going to see them.

In that case id rather it wasnt 'staring at us in the face'.

i could understand not wanting to go due to cost (for me its £25 a time here or £50 in hospital) but in uk its free....

Id be on 1st name terms with the blonde receptionist.

Yes mate. You know, where you used to keep the rag and a bottle of ether, back when you were young and goutless.

im not sure how to respond to this...

errr link us to the bloke you outed on here who reckoned he peed in his mother in laws drink and then rolled his father in law down the road for a laff...

what do you eat usually?
salad, veg, white meat, milk, now and again rice/pasta, the odd bit of chocolate/sugar in something, crisps at weekend, erm, the odd pizza (not chocolate), been having frozen onion rings instead of chips a couple of times in the past week, nothing too exciting, and nothing too rich in anything, a lot of fish.

lol i had a life threatening disease hit me a couple of years back was 6 hours from death and could have had a limb amputated on the spot...hospitalised for 4 months and then a wheelchair for a bit...

put on about 40kilos after coming out or hospital looking like a skeleton...changed doctor then ive lost just under 30kilos in 4months.

all about the medicine...never changed my diet at all.

Wait until the gangrene sets in @Ashtonian you will amputated at the knee ! On the upside you might get extra care with some sort of modified disability toilet.

Gangrene = New toilet seat.

Remember when I cut the skin on one of my fingers near the nail, got infected when I was working. I thought nothing of it and just went to my grandad's to watch the football on the Saturday. Again watching the football on the Sunday and noticed my arm had some sort of red inflammation running through the vein leading to my infected finger.
Anyway it gets to 3/4 up the left arm and I went the doctors, turns out it was gangrene/gangrene realted and if I left it more than a few days they may of had to amputate at the elbow to stop the crap flowing through my veins to the heart.

Anyway I was given all sorts of tablets and creams, until I spoke to the local indian shopkeeper, gave me some magic dust known as timeric/turmeric or something like that. Took a bandage/padding and applied some of the magic gear, within a few days the crap had cleared and the nail had healed.

Not sure where I was going with that story but hey ho your gonna lose a leg but gain a new toilet seat.
