Foot pain

If i go my doctors they will just sign me off for 2 weeks for rest. I know how they work.

Whereas i don't want any sick leave out of work if i can help it, especially with the next 3 weeks.

Plus it is a pain in the arse to get to if there isn't anything seriously wrong with me, just wanted to see if there was a response from someone saying 'yes i had that, it was this' which would have eased my mind ;)

And yet i told you what it was yesterday...you must go to the doc or it will get worse and also spread throughout your body over time.

Without making things much worse.

I had a sore toe last year. I got on with it for about a week, started swelling quite badly. Went to the doctor and I was, apparently, a day or so off being admitted to hospital. Ended up having two days off work, that was pretty great as my toe was fine when sat down with my foot up. Got the infection/made it worse through running on it.

Don't think I mentioned it on GOT.

I will go if it doesn't get better, if not i will just hang fire if i think there is an improvement. If it is tendon or ligament damage in some way then it should just go, compared to gout which wouldn't.

There is no redness though?

doesnt have to be...can be pseudo gout or actual gout...difference is quite big with different cause and effect.

If its painful and youre limping then it must turn red after a while due to the stress on your foot caused by the pain.

You literally just need 1 pill to cope with the pain and it may even go away after taking it...wont even feel the pills effects either.

Dont understand why the lack of urgency to see the doc and you would prefer to go to work in trainers lol

But you don't know there is nothing seriously wrong with you? And you don't have to take the time off if they sign you off, it's a recommendation.

Take Zat's experience to heart mate. His gout has spread so much he now has to carry it in a shopping bag wherever he goes.

It's been staring us in the face the whole time. Ash has clearly got some hideous Elephant Man deformity and he's too ashamed to see the doctor in case they send him to a traveling show for our amusement.
