Been taking paracetemol, partly for the headache as well .

and no, very painful, literally got a limp at the minute, which i don't think is normal.

Paracetamol isn't an anti-inflammatory. Honestly I think you have something like tendinitis or such; because you over exhausted yourself. Yes it makes you limp a bit but you just need to rest a bit. You just have to show some great character. It will pass.

Are you sure? You could have a few of them due to the crap shoes. You may have to amputate the foot if so.

Mate of mine had something like that. It came on suddenly and then went away almost as suddenly when he died of septic shock.

Have you tried viagra it will take the stiffness away from your foot and concentrate your mind elsewhere.
