Foot pain

If it is any more help, the pain is certainly connected to my little toe, or at least that area, moving it seemed to make the pain worse when stood up. So yeah, is that still gout or could it be something else?

Will these help ease the pain Ash?

haha i think they can't do worse.

the pain is getting worse though, turning into a dull ache when not standing up and quite painful when standing.

Are you sure you aren't imagining things a bit, because well you only walked 5 miles. Try putting some ice on it or such and take an ibuprofen or another anti-inflammitory. Imo still no need to rush to the doctor.

Reluctantly putting this out there. Sadly ample sawdust has not worked.

I have a pain in my foot, down the outside of my left foot. Hurts when i walk on it and seems to intensify the more i walk on it. Wearing shoes seems to make it worse as well for some reason.

I kinda walked around 5 miles to work yesterday fast paced which is where it started and gradually got worse in the day. Seems to hurt more than yesterday as well. Part of the top of my foot is sore if you poke it but where the pain is the outside, more towards my ankle on the top is where it seems to be sore on touch. Slight ache in it as well .

So what is it? Google seems to narrow down on a few different things, Peronial tenderitis or a stress fracture seem to be in the ball park. From anyone's experience, have you had similar? What did it end up being?

I eagerly await the time you have piles so we can all compare thee to a pain in the arse.

xxx

Been taking paracetemol, partly for the headache as well .

and no, very painful, literally got a limp at the minute, which i don't think is normal.
