Fetched a few packs of these back from the Chinese supermarket when we visited BMD yesterday.
Steaming beautifully as i type. Just begrudge being called a philistine every time she walks in to the kitchen

When steamed they fall off the bones and have a truly great taste. Very gelatinous. Just not wife friendly when you're hocking the bones out

Just made Lobster bisque with dressed lobster and halibut. Recipe was from masterchef this week, but he used crab and John Dory. Was lovely!
