Villa away is a definite 1-1er too.

All i can remember was spending the Saturday night at the Morecambe Festival of lights and getting very drunk watching Suzi Quatro play live....... Oh those were the days!

think your right about the fixture, round 98 or 99, game was a sunday, think it finished 1-1

Wanted a home tie for the birthday and got it , so happy out there .

Not overly bothered about United first , although that would change if Bainsey is a part of their squad when that game comes about , nearly more concerned with having to play Lamberts Villa after that in his first home game in charge .

Late 90's I think. From memory, Yorke scored for them early on, with Stam OG near the death equalising. Finished 1-1.

We dont seem to have a lengthy run of tricky games anywhere through the season. I will be surprised if we're not top at Christmas before putting in a late surge post January to regain the 7th place trophy.

Not that I can remember. Proper bogey club. We normally play them off the park too
