First time at Goodison, seats advice?

We don't have bogs, we have saunas based on what I presume to be steam coming out of where the toilets used to be.

Roll up a programme and piss in it, careful to miss your boss new trabs.

I'll be in the Top Balcony - definitely my favourite part of the ground. However, if you are up there you may want to wear 2 woolly hats!

Thank you everyone for the advice and comments.
And Tom, thank you for reaching out your generous hand to help. I greatly appreciate it and will take your offer under consideration.
I think about Feb. 16 as every minute passes.

very often the seats right next to the dugouts are available, as they are incredibly obstructed by some ginger scot who won't sit down.

Hey.No problem. You know how to get hold of me if you need seats.I am always guaranteed the best of whatever is left, depending on how much notice I get.(y)

OK, so it looks like my wife and I (USA-based Everton supporters) will be one of the few actually watching the Euro match vs. Lisbon on Feb. 16.
But that's OK. My mind is still exploding to the fact we're actually going to be inside Goodison Park watching the Blues live for the first time in our lives. :D

So I ask of you my Toffee brethren, what section should I buy seats at for my first time?
Disclaimer: my wife will be with me and though she likes great atmosphere, she doesn't like standing the entire game. (n)
And I know there are numerous obstructed views so I hope to avoid those! haha.

Thank you for any help.

And I also wanted to thank those who put in their advice on my first thread about my first time at Goodison and trying to get from London to Liverpool.
I booked my train tickets and I truly can not wait.
Thank you also for anyone offering the help with this new one.

COYB!

Behind either goal , mate .
I prefer Park Stand , but traditionally the " Home " end was the Glwadys - far less standards , sartorial , sarcastic , etc , than the Park End , of course - .
So , enjoy , and BOOK EARLY . Behind the goals will go first - don't forget season tickets are reserved for a period . I would venture that most will go .
As I said , enjoy .

Found this random thread. Hope it's ok to bump and ask.

Buying tickets to Chelsea home game. First time over in years and bring the two younger brothers over from Ireland who are also blues.

Looking at Upper Bullens 4 but its only seats right at the back going. Hard to decide between side on, or going with the Gladys Street end.

Any advice?

I'd prefer the Gwladys Street end mate, right at the back of the Bullens can sometimes obscure the pitch too, it's really low.

On the downside if you're sat at the back of the Gwladys then there's a good chance that fat bell Goat will be obscuring your view.

Cheers man. Seems the options for side on decent or Gladys decent for three tkts together is only tickets right near back of both areas?

Are the back areas of Gladys, Top Balcony or Upper Bullens alright?

Appreciate the help.

Sorry...see you've already warned off back of Bullens. Same story with back of Top Balcony?

Apart from the Goat obstruction are back of Gladys decent enough?

Upper Bullens is sound, as is back of Lower or Upper Gwladys. The Main Stand will have a good view but I swerve the Top Balcony as it turns the game a bit Subbuteo mate. The Lower Gwladys will be a bit more partisan if you're wanting atmosphere. The Upper Bullens and Main Stand is a bit more snoozy.

Thanks a mill for the help Chico. Got Row OO at back of Lower Gladys 4!

Been years, and the brothers have never gone over. Should be a goodun!
