We will do Newcastle. God some of you have no hope do you. Why not enjoy this for what it is. A game of football.

I have plenty of hope, i just genuinely don't think we'll beat Newcastle. They will be fighting for every ball trying to get into the Champions league and all we have to play for us the 7th place trophy.

I hope we'll smash them, but i can't see it !

unbeaten at goodison since arsenal game 8 goals last two home games newcastle let in 4 at wigan can only be one result ****e were not going to finish 7th are we??

Just stuck £20 quid on Swansea to beat Norway, which they easily could at home!

Considering my man Siggy to score for another 20 as well!

Ffs, so much for not caring what the rs say!

We. Will. Do. The. Barcodes.

I'm sure the lads will play with a bit of gusto against Newcastle. Why? Because they have to the lap of honour after the match and look us fans square in the eyes. That is why Liverpool played like it was a cup final tonight.

But again, every season at this time we rue the total **** ups made at the beginning of the season. Or all season in this case.

Thank god we have Jellyvich. The only positive thing thats come out of this season.

This weekends lucky lottery numbers are

1, 3, 10, 20, 25, 26.

And hopefully bonus number 14.

Mucha (1), Baines (3), Drenthe (10), Barkley (20), Fellaini (25), Rodwell (26)

And hopefully McFadden (14)

Are you impying that all these players are going or that they are on the "list" of players we will sell if a bid comes in?

Finishing a poxy place above them in 'magnificant 7th' doesn't really offer any solace.

Would hardly call it 'magnificent 7th' but considering 3 points at lowly Wolves would have virtually guaranteed us finishing above the RS it was a target well worth aiming for bearing in mind that it would only have been the 2nd time in 25 YEARS that we finished above them.
Personally, I posted on GOT before the RS/Chelski match that they would go all out to finish above us and that we had probably blown our chances. I bet you'll find that most RS followers are desperate for 7th just to put us in our place - again - and due to our latest let-down at Wolves we have opened the door to them.
