Have you considered Stoke mate? You know where you are with Stoke.
Was thinking Celtic. Guaranteed trophies, guaranteed CL and I don't even have to learn a new song.

He got injured earlier in the season (in the league, funnily enough) and they coped fine, it's as simple as that.
That's all fair enough.
I agree about risk and reward but I value the reward of a europa league trophy more than you and the risk of missing out of the top 4 less. Your position is reasonable enough, I just don't share it.
Right. So is your argument now that Spurs haven't been hindered by their star player being injured? Is that really what you are saying, that Spurs are just as strong without Bale?
Spurs are weaker without Bale, I don't care what anyone says, especially when you are comparing win percentages over differing game totals. A win rate of 50% over 38 games amasses far more points than a win rate of 50% over just 8 games. And that's not even taking into consideration who those games may have been against.
Are you really trying to argue that losing star players doesn't hinder their team?
I think he's forgotten what he's arguing tbh, he just arguing for the sake of it imo. As was proven earlier when he refused to accept the simple FACT that Spurs have reduced their player expenditure compared to their CL season.
Your 1 bad glory hunter mate.
You haven't proven anything of the sort. Where are the numbers ?
Although it's funny, i never actually said they didn't do that. Still waiting for either of you to actually post any evidence that competing in Europe hinders league performance.
The numbers? their ****ing accounts haven't been published yet, how can I give you the actuals? I gave you the FACT, that they've generated a transfer surplus of close to £30m in the 2 seasons since they last played in the CL & the FACT that they've trimmed their squad by 10 senior pro's in the same timeframe.
However, you're still trying to argue that this doesn't prove that they've reduced their player expenditure. LOL.
On the European issue, Ok then Brennan, you win, Spurs playing 12 additional EL games this season, has had a positive impact on their league campaign....oh hang on...............in the league games directly following their last 5 EL games they lost 3 of them, drew 1 & won 1..........but of course that's just a co-incidence.
I never said they haven't reduced their player expenditure...
Spurs have lost some games, not sure what that proves. If you go through the whole season you'll see they have also won plenty of matches after European games. Still doesn't show that European games negatively affect league form.
lol, so you challenging my facts on this issue & posting incomplete lists of players they've moved on, was trying to prove what exactly?
& oh right Brennan so the fact that they've lost 3 of the 5 league games after their most recent EL games (the knockout stages i.e. tougher games) doesn't suggest that the EL could have had any impact on them? Hilarious lad.
